Job Requirements for PROJECT COORDINATOR

Planning, scheduling, organizing, delegating, communicating, prioritizing…. 

 

  • Order required shop materials in a cost-effective manner as advised by Shop Lead& Customers 
  • Prepare Project and job quotations 
  • Deliveries as required 

In conjunction with the Shop Lead you will: 

  • Monitor and support all shop projects maintaining high quality, on time delivery, safety and staying within budget 
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work 
  • Set a clear leadership example in work ethics and quality workmanship 
  • Promote a high degree of safety awareness 
  • Actively communicate with others so that work is performed in an informed manner, suitable to the needs of the company and customer 
  • Communicate, coordinate with Leads in employee project placement to meet company objectives 
  • Project Field Delegation (e.g. Lavington) – assign employees, ensure material lists completed, establish project estimated time allowance. Note all information on job board. Follow up with Shop Lead throughout project and update job board
